Make Italian Risotto at Home

The risotto cooking course will be held in the kitchen of a famous restaurant in the historic center of Montagnana, taught by the chef. The guests will learn how to make Italian risotto.

We’ll prepare everything from scratch, always using fresh seasonal products, extra virgin olive oil, and parmesan cheese.

We also describe the methods of storage and use in the kitchen of meats and sausages typical of the area.

Then you will learn how to prepare and cook a typical dessert of Montagnana.
After the class, all the participants will be given the recipes of the dishes prepared to recreate your perfect Italian dinner at home with friends and family.

The secret for a delicious risotto is “the wave.” Come and discover other secrets that only professional chefs know.
