We'll preparing everything from scratch, always using fresh seasonal products, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese...
Will also be described the methods of storage and use in the kitchen of meats and sausages typical of the area.
Then you will learn how to prepare and cook a typical dessert of Montagnana.
After the class to all the participants will be given the recipes of the dishes prepared to recreate your perfect Italian dinner at home with friends and family.
