WHAT WE WILL DO
The typical Italian desserts cooking course will be held in a kitchen of a restaurant in the historic center of Montagnana.
It will be the chef of the famous restaurant to hold the cooking class.
The guest will learn how to make handmade italian and venetian desserts like Fugassa, Tiramisù, zaleti (typical Venetian biscuit) and italian semifreddo .
We'll preparing everything from scratch, always using fresh seasonal products.
After the class to all the participants will be given the recipes of the dishes prepared to recreate your perfect Italian dinner at home with friends and family.
